Healthy Mutton Stew - Khadey Masala Ka Gosht

Healthier version of our super easy Meat Stew that almost cooks itself! Just prep all ingredients and cook on low flame or in a slow cooker.

Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Mutton with bone
  • 250 gm Soya chunks
  • 100 gm Oil
  • 8 Green Cardamom
  • 250 gm Onion
  • 250 gm Yogurt
  • 10 Garlic Cloves peeled
  • 10 gm Whole Garam Masala
  • 6 Red Chilli Whole
  • 1 tsp Kevra water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients with Mutton
  • Heat Oil and add all the mixed ingredients
  • Cover with a heavy lid and put kada on it
  • Cook over low heat and cook for 2 hrs and its ready
