Mutton Stew – Khadey Masala Ka Gosht
Super easy Meat Stew that almost cooks itself! Just prep all ingredients and cook on low flame or in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1 Kg Mutton with bone
- 150 gm Ghee
- 8 Green Cardamom
- 250 gm Onion
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 10 Garlic Cloves peeled
- 10 gm Whole Garam Masala
- 6 Red Chilli Whole
- 1 tsp Kevra water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with Mutton
- Heat Ghee and add all the mixed ingredients
- Cover with a heavy lid and put kada on it
- Cook over low heat and cook for 2 hrs and its ready

- 100 gm Oil
- 8 Green Cardamom
- 250 gm Onion
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 10 Garlic Cloves peeled
- 10 gm Whole Garam Masala
- 6 Red Chilli Whole
- 1 tsp Kevra water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with Mutton
- Heat Oil and add all the mixed ingredients
- Cover with a heavy lid and put kada on it
