Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kg Mutton with bone
  • 150 gm Ghee
  • 8 Green Cardamom
  • 250 gm Onion
  • 250 gm Yogurt
  • 10 Garlic Cloves peeled
  • 10 gm Whole Garam Masala
  • 6 Red Chilli Whole
  • 1 tsp Kevra water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients with Mutton
  • Heat Ghee and add all the mixed ingredients
  • Cover with a heavy lid and put kada on it
  • Cook over low heat and cook for 2 hrs and its ready
